Ted B. Wendeln
Ted B. Wendeln is the principal consultant and Proprietor of FMS Consulting Services. His professional expertise covers over thirty-four years of Department of Defense (DoD) Foreign Military Sales (FMS) experience in USAF acquisition (FMS System Sales), logistics and program management supporting US allies and coalition partner Air Forces. During his career he has held management positions associated with FMS System Sales and Sustainment working with the Air Forces of countries such as: United Kingdom, Brazil, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Greece, Morocco, Tunisia, Peoples Republic of China, Israel and Egypt. Mr Wendeln offers personalized attention to the needs of his clients and strives to ensure the
overall success of their FMS programs.
Contracting consultant has over thirty years of Department of Defense (DoD) experience, working for twenty-six years in the contracting/acquisition field as a warranted contracting officer. He has held positions on the AFMC, and USAFE staffs, at the Aeronautical Systems Center (ASC), the right-Patterson Contracting Center and as the Chief for Services and Construction contracts at the Air Force Security Assistance Center (AFSAC). He has worked as a Procurement Analyst, Contracts Administrator, Negotiator and Officer and has 14 years experience in FMS contracting.
